Safety Equipment Coating

RF Solutions have to be confident in the ability of their services and products applied, as in many cases failure of a device may be life threatening, operating in harsh environments.

The product has to work in challenging conditions with-standing sub zero temperatures and the intensity of a house fire, or immersion in water or oil.

The products we shield for our customers range from smoke detectors, gas detectors and fireman communications, all of which have to have a coating that can withstand the hostile environments that they must always work in, failure in the device could lead to tragedy.

When applying coatings you must be fully aware that the devices being shielding are not susceptible to the chemicals held within the applied materials, in some instances the chemical properties of a coating can interfere with sensors, in particular those that are trying to detect harmful particulates.

RF Solutions also applies safety and hi-visibility warning materials, to products that are safety related, in particular a safety harness used in aircraft hangers,  that once deployed  has a Fluorescent orange signal to indicate that it can not be reused.
