RF Solution has many partners and suppliers of complimentary shielding products used and incorporated when using a coating and are either used to seal an enclosure from water ingress whilst maintaining a good level of continuity between mating halves and when retro shielding an existing product using conductive filters, mesh, tapes, gaskets & seals and beryllium strips to bridge gaps and apertures to maximise the shielding ability of a device.

Gaskets come in a whole host of designs from piped gaskets using an “x-y” axis machines, printed gaskets, “O” Seals and formed shaped gaskets that can be a mix of conductive and environmental seal, known as a “duo seal”.

RF Solutions can order these ancillaries to the customer’s requirement, supplied loose or can pre-assemble directly into the shielded enclosure/device, whilst managing the contract & moulder.
